EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Within all communities there are vulnerable groups of people who may require some level of care. Some need full-time support, while others benefit from assistance that helps them maintain independence and continue leading fulfilling lives.

Within our care service we have various positions and career pathways for people wanting to work within the health and social care sector. We are looking for individuals who want to make a genuine difference and build a rewarding career supporting others.

At Shield Health and Social Care, we value every member of our team and are committed to providing the support, guidance, and training needed to ensure staff are fully prepared and competent before undertaking any lone working responsibilities.
