We don’t just provide temporary cover for care service we also offer tailored recruitment solution to source the right support worker for your service. Our employees are fully trained to work alongside your service users to deliver appropriate, person-centred support that meets individual needs.
Over the years we have provided care workers to work across Leeds and within a 15 mile radius within West and North Yorkshire region in various care services. Our employees have covered shifts within registered residential homes, supported living services, day centres, mental health services, private services, and direct support arrangements with individual service users.
All of our employees have a full enhanced DBS certificate, right to work checks, and are CPD certified across all training areas, including Mandatory and Service-Specific training. Employees with limited experience are supported to complete the Care Certificate recognised by CQC. The 15 Care Certificate standards ensure staff meet the required competencies for providing direct care and support to service users, alongside mandatory training requirements.
When sourcing permanent staff, we can introduce employees with a minimum of one years experience within the care sector, bringing practical knowledge and experience gained across a variety of care environments.
Our care staff have experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning disabilities, Mental Health needs, Epilepsy, Substance Misuse, Physical disabilities, and other Multiple disabilities.
We can offer a 12-week temporary-to-permanent arrangement, allowing you to ensure the right fit for your service and service users. Alternatively, we can recruit directly to your specifications for a permanent position, with a start date that suits your operational needs.
